The cornerstone of Young Artists of America at Strathmore is its unique Mentorship Program where students work alongside major, leading performing artists from national and regional stages as well as leading university programs.
Recent mentors have included Stephen Schwartz, Kristin Chenoweth, Jason Robert Brown,
Patina Miller, Jeanine Tesori, and many more.
Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, Godspell Pippin)) is an award winning American musical theatre lyricist and composer.
Kristin Chenoweth won a Tony Award for You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown and she was also nominated for her original role of Glinda the Good Witch in Wicked in 2004.
