The Artistic Process

Young Artists of America at Strathmore offers various classes and workshops for middle and high school students to help develop their individual skills in various disciplines, including Acting, Dance, Voice and Musicianship.

Classes are open to enrollment for all students, whether or not they are participating in one of our Performance Ensembles

All classes take place at our YAA@HolyCross Campus in Montgomery County. Click here for Tuition information for these classes.

Our SENIOR CLASSES (Grades 9-12) include technique classes in Broadway Dance, as well as our newest offering, our
YAAStudio, a multi-disciplinary approach to musical theatre training designed for the serious high school performing arts student.

We have also expanded our College Audition Workshop into a fall series which will help students prepare their college audition package before presenting it in front of our guest panelists from some of the leading musical theatre programs in the nation.

Our JUNIOR CLASSES (Grades 5-8) include technique classes in Broadway Dance and a new class for the ambitious middle school performer called Audition Songbook.
